Cobb County Fall Break is this week, September 24-28th. I will see all of my fifth graders on Monday, October 1st! Remember to give your families some of your "face time" (spend some time with them!).
When we return, we will be working on the following: Math: dividing decimals by whole numbers and decimals. Reading: determining point of view. Writing: working on dialog and endings in narrative papers. Homework: 1. Math: Multiplying with decimals, Volume I, pages 401-402. 2. Spelling: WTW Sort 7 Quiz 3. Social Studies: Quiz on WWI causes (use your notebook); PROJECT IS DUE FRIDAY!!!!!! :) *Tomorrow is STEM Night in the Cafeteria, beginning at 6:30pm.

We are back to our regular schedule tomorrow! IOWA Testing is over unless you need to make-up any tests you missed.

IOWA Testing continues Monday, 9/27, at 8:00am. The subject will be Math. The last day of testing before make-ups is Tuesday, 9/18 (Science and Social Studies). *WTW Sort 6 sorting quiz will be on Monday, 9/17, so you have a few more days to study your spelling words. *STEM Night is Thursday, 9/20, at 6:30pm in the Cafeteria. *Don't forget that your Social Studies "What's In Your Suitcase?" project is due Friday, 9/21. *Fall Break is from September 24-28.
