From our Technology Department: "Amazon Issues Impacting CTLS As you may be aware, CTLS has been experiencing intermittent issues this morning, affecting approximately 20% of our users. The technology team has learned that a hardware failure with Amazon’s Cloud Services is the cause of the issue. Amazon is working to rectify the problem now. At 12:45 PM, the CTLS system is going down for approximately 30 minutes, returning at 1:15 PM. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve these issues." Happy Thursday!
